On the WordPress site this page contained only the shortcode [is_gdpr_privacy_policy], generated by a plugin that is no longer installed — so it rendered as an empty page there too. Nothing was lost in the migration.

The URL is preserved and answers so that existing links and any index entry keep working, and the page is marked noindex until real privacy policy text is added.
